For one year, the NGO Step By Step has invested in providing human and financial support to the Clubfoot Clinic in Toamasina (East Coast of Madagascar).
This one was created by the NGO Mercy Ship in 2015. During the year 2016/2017, more than 130 children with clubfoot were treated in this way, perpetuating the treatment in this region with a large population in need.
