The NGO Step By Step arrived in early 2018 in the city of Manakara (East Coast of Madagascar) to implement a care program for children with clubfoot.
We worked in partnership with the Aina Center, which allowed us to renovate a structure to accommodate children but also to create a rehabilitation center that is now a reference center in this region.
Today, it welcomes about one hundred patients per month, suffering from various disabilities.
