The project for the construction of an Fitting Center for people with disabilities or amputees is located in Madagascar, in the city of Manakara, 700 km from Antananarivo, the capital.In this landlocked and underprivileged region, the need to provide prostheses, poly-handicap orthoses and adapted devices is growing and no structure can meet this need.The NGO Step By Step, in collaboration with other partners is at the initiative of the project and is committed to its feasibility and realization.
